kula
कुल kula'Family, clan, totality' - in Kaula Tantra, the whole manifest cosmos understood as the 'family' of Shakti, and the fellowship of initiates. Paired with its opposite akula (Shiva, the transcendent), kula names immanent power; their union is the non-dual reality the tradition worships.
