vibhasha
विभाषा vibhāṣāOne of the rough dialects of the classical stage. The Nāṭyaśāstra at 17.49 lists seven of them by the peoples they belong to, the Śabara speech among them, and Dvivedī reads the list as one of literary registers a poet or dramatist may write in.
